纳米白炭黑的复合改性与应用

摘要
采用沉淀法白炭黑生产工艺,利用复合改性剂对白炭黑进行湿法改性,研究不同改性剂对沉淀法白炭黑的分散性、结构和表面形貌等性能的影响。结果表明:采用双改性剂效果不佳,3种改性剂并用性能较好,非晶态更加明显,颗粒分布均匀,且呈球状;改性后的白炭黑可进一步提高复合材料的强度,降低磨耗和生热。
