摘要
矿产资源是人类社会赖以生存发展的基础,然而矿业开发又难以避免对生态环境的破坏。云南是矿业大省,发展绿色矿业,建设绿色矿山,是云南争当全国生态文明建设排头兵背景下矿业开发的必然选择。本文论述了云南争当生态文明排头兵的区位优势及其与矿产资源分布的关系,分析了云南发展绿色矿业、建设绿色矿山的现状与问题,提出了争当生态文明排头兵背景下云南发展绿色矿业、建设绿色矿山的对策和建议,可为云南矿业转型升级提供新的思路。
Mineral resources are the basis of survival and development for human society. However, it is difficult to avoid that mining industry destroy ecological environment. Yunnan is one of the biggest mining industry provinces. It is the inevitable choice to develop green mining industry and construct green mine in the background at the forefront of the ecological civilization for Yunnan. In this paper, firstly, regional advantages at the forefront of the ecological civilization and mineral resource distribution in Yunnan were discussed; secondly, the current situation and problems of green mining industry development and green mine construction were analyzed; lastly, countermeasure and suggestion were given, which could provide new thought for transformation and upgrading of mining industry in Yunnan.
