胶州湾冬季大型底栖动物群落结构及其环境因子的关系

摘要
根据2016年冬季在胶州湾全海域开展的12个站位的大型底栖动物调查资料,分析了该海域大型底栖动物的种类组成、优势种、丰度生物量和多样性等群落结构特征以及底栖动物与环境因子的关系。结果表明:调查海域共鉴定出大型底栖动物66种,其中环节动物32种,占总种数的48.5%;节肢动物17种,占总种数的25.8%;软体动物9种,占总种数的13.6%;棘皮动物3种,占总种数的4.5%;脊索动物2种,纽形动物、头索动物、半索动物各1种。优势种由寡鳃齿吻沙蚕、丝异须虫、青岛文昌鱼3种组成;栖息密度湾内近岸海域>湾外海域>湾内离岸海域,生物量总体上湾外海域>湾内海域;可划分为4个群落,群落Ⅰ因为人为的干预,受到严重的扰动,群落Ⅱ有轻微的扰动,群落Ⅲ和Ⅳ稳定性良好,群落Ⅳ位于湾口位置,多样性水平高。BIOENV相关性分析表明,大型底栖动物丰度和生物量与水深、溶解有机碳(DOC)、中值粒径、Zn含量有显著的相关性。
Baesd on macrobenthos samples at 12 research stations in winner 2016 in Jiaozhou Bay North China Sea, species composition,dominant species,abundance,biomass,diversity,relationship of macrobenthos and environmental factors was analyzed.The result showed macrobenthos were identified for 66 species in survey sea area,of all the macrobenthos, annelid was 32 species,which accounted for 48.5% of the total species;arthropod was 17 species,which accounted for 25.8% of the total species;mollusc was 9 species,which acconted for 13.6% of the total species; echinoderm was 3 species,which acconted for 4.5% of the total species,Chordata was 2 species,others included a Nemertinea, a cephalochordate and a hemichordate. dominant species consist of Nephtys oligobranchia,Heteromastus filiformis and Brachiostoma belcheri tsingtauense;abundance of macrobenthos was the highest in inner Jiao Zhou bey nearshore area,followed byembayed area and then offshore area,biomass of macrobenthos was the highest in embayed area and then bay area;macrobenthos community can be divided into four groups..
