内蒙古11种野生宿根花卉种子催芽初步研究

摘要
为探究野生宿根花卉的催芽技术,利用浸种、赤霉素(GA_3)、剥除外种皮、不同温度催芽等方法处理11种野生宿根花卉种子,测定种子平均发芽时间、发芽率、发芽势等。结果表明:(1)温水浸种会抑制二裂委陵菜发芽,500~1000mg/L GA_3有利于其发芽;500mg/L GA_3可提高野火球的发芽率;50℃以上温水浸种及125mg/L、500mg/L GA_3可提高瓣蕊唐松草的发芽率;40~80℃温水浸种及250~1000mg/L GA_3可促进叉分蓼萌发;40~60℃温水浸种及125~1000mg/L GA_3可促进全缘橐吾萌发;70℃的温水浸种及500mg/L GA_3可提高溪荪的发芽率;(2)去除外种皮能有效促进瓣蕊唐松草、山岩黄耆、牻牛儿苗种子萌发。(3)全缘橐吾的最适发芽温度为10℃,发芽率最高可达86%;叉分蓼、野豌豆、牻牛儿苗的最适萌发温度为15℃,发芽率最高分别可达78%、26%、52%;野火球、二裂委陵菜、瓣蕊唐松草的最适发芽温度为20℃,平均发芽率分别为22%、68%、68%;溪荪在变温(15℃/25℃)条件下发芽率及发芽势最高,发芽率为52%,发芽势为24%;最适宜萌发的恒温分别为20℃。
In order to research the seed germination characteristics of wild perennial flowers,presoaking with water at different temperatures,gibberelic acid(GA_3),removal of testa and treatment with different temperature were used to increase their germination rates.Best seed germination occurred as follows;(1) treating seeds with GA3 at 500 ~1000mg/L can promote germination of Potentilla bifurca and presoaking has inhibition for it;the more effective germination treatment proved to be treatment with 500mg/L GA_3 for Trifolium lupinaster,warm water above 50℃ and 125mg/L、500mg/L GA_3 for Thalictrum petaloideum,water at temperature 40 ~ 80℃ for Polygonum divaricatum,40- 60℃ for Ligularia mongolica,70℃ for Iris sanguinea and concentration of GA_3 250- 1000mg/L for Polygonum divaricatum,125 ~ 1000mg/L for Ligularia mongolica,500mg/L for Iris sanguineal.(2) It was determined that the removal of the testa can effectively promote seed germination of Thalictrum petaloideum,Hedysamm alpinum,Erodium stephanianum.(3) The highest germination rate of Ligularia mongolica was observed at10℃,Polygonum divaricatum,Vicia sepium,Erodium stephanianum at 15℃,Trifolium lupinaster,Potentilla bifurca,Thalictrum petaloideum at 20℃,Iris sanguinea at 15℃/25℃.Their germination rates were 86%,78%,26%,52%,22%,68%,68%,52%,45.71%respectively.And the most suitable germination constant temperature of Iris sanguinea is 20℃.
