不同品系异育银鲫对饲料中碳水化合物利用的比较研究

摘要
用不同碳水化合物(0,30%,45%)水平的等蛋等脂的饲料饲喂洞庭鲫、中科3号、复合鲫幼鱼,比较不同品系异育银鲫对饲料中碳水化合物利用的差异。摄食后0.5h,1h,2h,4h,6h,8h,12h,16h,24h动态观测的结果显示:血浆葡萄糖、甘油三酯、胰岛素含量受到了碳水化合物水平,取样时间及品系的显著影响(P<0.05)。基于此结果,进行了为期56天的生长实验,探究品系间碳水化合物利用差异的机制。实验结果表明复合鲫和中科3号相较于洞庭鲫具有更优的生长性能;复合鲫和中科3号能够更好地维持血糖平衡清除糖负荷。糖代谢途径中关键酶基因表达量的结果表明:复合鲫和中科3号具有更强的糖酵解和抑制自身的糖异生的能力。以上结果表明复合鲫和中科3号相比于洞庭鲫能够更好的利用饲料中的碳水化合物。
Three strains of gibel carp(Carassius auratus gibelio), Dongting strain(D strain), CAS III(A strain) strain and a new strain(F strain) were fed with three isonitrogenous and isolipid diets containing different levels of corn starch(0, 300, 450 g kg-1 dry matter) to investigate the carbohydrate utilization. Nine time points including 0.5h, 1h, 2h, 4h, 6h, 8h, 12 h, 16 h, 24 h after the meals were set to observe glucose metabolic process. The results showed that plasma insulin,glucose and triglyceride contents were significantly influenced by dietary starch levels, sampling time and strains(P<0.05). Another 56-day growth trial showed that F strain and A strain had higher ability in using dietary carbohydrates compared with the D strain. They displayed a better growth performance, a greater ability to clear glucose and higher amylase activity. Enhanced hepatic glycolysis and restrained gluconeogenesis were observed in F strain and A strain. These findings suggested that F strain and A strain may have a better ability to use dietary carbohydrate than D strain.
