含油污水中硫酸盐还原菌的耐药性

摘要
油田常用化学杀菌剂抑制硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)。由于SRB可以通过变异而逐渐适应污水环境并大量繁殖,因此会对化学杀菌剂易产生不同程度的耐药性,使药效降低、加药量增大,造成药剂的大量浪费。本文通过测定培养过程中培养液液相中和培养瓶上层空间气相中硫化氢浓度,判断SRB的生长情况,并计算出产生耐药性的时间。结果表明,在50多天的时候50mg·L~(-1)的MBC-3及80 mg·L~(-1)的KD-24作用下的培养瓶中H_2S含量均出现了异常增加的现象,说明SRB产生了耐药性。本研究成果可为油田污水中杀菌剂的类型、浓度及更换制度提供指导和依据。
Oilfield chemical fungicides commonly used to inhibit sulfate-reducing bacteria(SRB).The SRB can be through variation and gradually adapt to the sewage environment and blooms.And the chemical fungicides are easy to produce different levels of resistance,so that it will reduce the dosage increases,resulting in wasting a lot of agents.In this paper,the growth of SRB was judged by the determination of concentration of hydrogen sulfide in the liquid culture medium and the upper space gas of culture bottles.The experimental results showed that the H_2S content of the flask in the 50 mg · L~(-1),MBC-3 and 80 mg · L~(-1),KD-24 abnormal increased in more than 50 days,which indicating the phenomenon of resistance of SRB.The results can provide guidance and basis for the type,concentration,and replacement of fungicides in the oilfield wastewater system.
