<正>酒石酸唑吡坦片是咪唑吡啶类催眠药,其药理作用为:选择性的拮抗Y-氨基丁酸(GABA)A受体上的α1亚型,作用于GABA调节通道,导致氯离子通道开放,能增加细胞膜对氯离子通透性,使氯离子流入神经细胞内,引起细胞膜超极化,从而抑制睡眠中枢而产生镇静催眠作用。酒石酸唑吡坦通过肝代谢,主要的酶是CYP3A4和CYP1A2,其非活性的代谢产物主要经尿液(大约60%)和粪便(大约40%)排泄。唑吡坦对肝脏酶没有诱导作用。在临床上,
