发动机产品创造项目管理中的知识共享

摘要
产品创造日益成为企业成功经营的核心,持续推出新产品将使企业在竞争中立于不败之地。"中国制造2025"战略中强调"创新驱动",由此可见要实现中国制造产业由大变强离不开自主创新。在知识经济时代,企业竞争的基础由资产资源转向知识资源,只有充分整合知识资源,从知识再创造与应用创新的协同互助入手,致力于知识共享,才能提高企业竞争力。本文基于作者对发动机产品创造项目的工作经验和总结,以发动机产品创造项目管理作为应用实例,提出了"知识孤岛"的概念,阐述了知识共享在产品创造项目管理中的意义和分类,并对如何消除"知识孤岛",实现发动机产品创造项目管理知识共享提出了建议。
Product creation has increasingly become the core of the successful management of enterprises,and the continuous introduction of new products will enable enterprises to remain invincible in the competition. " China made 2025" strategy emphasis on "innovation driven",it follows that independent innovation are indispensable to achieving the target of building up a robust Chinese manufacturing industry.In the age of knowledge-based economy,the foundation of the enterprise competition by assets resources to knowledge resources.Only fully integrating knowledge resources,from knowledge creation and application of innovative collaboration and mutual assistance,dedicated to the knowledge sharing,to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.This article is based on the author' s work of engine project experience,take the engine project management as an example,proposed the concept of "knowledge island",describes the significance and classification of knowledge sharing in the product creation of project management.And give some suggestions on how to eliminate the "islands of knowledge" to realize knowledge sharing in product creation project management.
