MEMS惯性传感器频率特性测试方法

摘要
MEMS惯性传感器越来越多地应用于惯性测量系统及战术武器导航系统。传统的惯性传感器频率特性测试方法中,陀螺仪主要基于角振动原理进行测试,加速度计主要基于线振动原理进行测试,通过与振动台基准信号进行比较而得到频率特性。介绍了一种基于角振动的惯性传感器频率特性测试方法,可以完成模拟、数字信号输出陀螺仪及加速度计的幅频、相频特性分析。其中加速度计频率特性测试,是通过敏感的按正弦规律变化角振动台切向加速度与角振动台基准信号进行拟合计算的。对于以数字信号输出的惯性系统,解决了输出数字量与角振动台输出基准模拟信号的时间对齐问题。试验结果显示拟合频率误差率小于40 ppm,并证明了该方法的有效性及可行性。
MEMS inertial sensors are used more and more in inertial measuring system and tactical navigation domain.In the traditional test method,frequency characteristic of gyroscope and accelerometer is measured based on angular vibration and linear vibration respectively.The characteristic is acquired by fitting the base output of the vibration table and the sensor' s output.A frequency characteristic test method of inertial sensors based on angular vibration is presented.By using this method,the characteristics of amplitude-frequency and phase-frequency can be analyzed,the output of inertial sensors can be analog or digital.In the presented method,frequency characteristic of the accelerometer is acquired by fitting the base output and the sinusoidal tangential acceleration of the vibration table.For the digital output inertial system,time alignment of the digital signal and base analog signal is resolved in the method.The result of experiment shows that the frequency error ratio is less than 40 ppm and the method is validated.
