摘要
帕金森病(PD)是常见的神经系统慢性退行性疾病,病变部位位于中脑黑质纹状体区。泛素-蛋白酶体系统(UPS)主要负责降解寿命较短的蛋白质,其功能减退是导致PD发病的重要机制之一。而如何安全增强UPS活性及确定泛素化部位的决定因素均有待于进一步研究。
