摘要
高阻抗电弧炉是一种新型炼钢工具,它具有:二次电压高、二次电流小、电效率高、功率因数高,生产率高、电耗低,电极消耗低等低成本操作的优点。文中给出了高阻抗电弧炉的理论依据、运行优势、指标等。介绍了同低阻抗电弧炉的实际比较数据及运行效果。
The high-impedance EAF is a new steelmaking tool, because it has a series of excellent points, such as higher secondary voltage, lower secondary current, higher electric efficiency, higher power factor, higher productivity, lower electric energy and electrode consumption etc. Principle base, characteristic, operational advantages for high-impedance EAF were given,while reality comparative data with low impedance EAF and operational effects were introduced too.
