电弧炉炼钢复合吹炼工艺在100t电弧炉的应用

摘要
本文依据天管特殊钢公司电弧炉冶炼工况条件,通过理论计算和水模拟实验、数值模拟研究100t电弧炉的底吹气体流量、底吹位置布置等复合吹炼参数。复合吹炼工艺的工业实验数据显示:各项冶炼技术经济指标与使用复吹工艺前均有了大幅度的改善。吨钢电耗降低13kwh/t,吨钢石灰消耗减少了12kg/t,钢铁料消耗减少了19kg/t,FeO含量从31.23%降低到25.24%,吨钢成本降低了59.8元。从整个论文的分析结果分析可以得出,采用复合吹炼工艺后,扩大了反应界面,加速了传热和传质速度,强化了钢渣混合,加速废钢熔化,降低了电耗,降低生产成本。
On the basis of theoretical calculation results,water modeling experiment and numerical simulation study,the parameters of EAF composite blowing process such as bottom blowing gas flow and bottom blowing position arrangement was conducted according to the working conditions in TPCO's 100 EAF.The result of industrial experiment of EAF composite blowing process shows that techno-economic indicators were optimized compared with the former.The decrease of electricity-consuming was13kwh/t,the decrease of lime-consuming was 12kg/t,the decrease of steel materials was 19Kg/t,the content of FeO was decreased to25.24%from 31.23%.The production-costing decreased 59.8 yuan/t.It could be concluded that the reaction interface was expanded,the heat and mass transfer velocity was accelerated,the mixing between slag and molten steel was intensified,the melting of scrap steel was speeded up,and electricity-consuming and production-cost were lowered after the application of the EAF steelmaking composite blowing process.
