电弧炉炼钢复合吹炼搅拌强度的研究

摘要
针对一直困扰着我国电弧炉炼钢的进一步发展的冶炼周期长、能量利用率低、生产成本高等问题。结合国内电弧炉的特点,提出并研究开发了电弧炉炼钢复合吹炼技术,本文研究了复合吹炼供电、供氧及底吹等操作单元对搅拌强度的影响,为复合吹炼工艺制定提供了依据。
Long smelting period,low energy utilization and high production cost restrict the development of traditional electric arc furnace(EAF) steelmaking.Based on the Characteristics of electric arc furnace,the EAF composite blowing technology is proposed and developed.In this article,the effect of power-supplying,oxygen-supplying and bottom-blowing on molten bath stirring was analyzed,which is helpful to design the EAF composite blowing process.
