随着经济的飞速发展,人们对汽车的需求量也越来越大,很多汽车厂家正是看中了这一市场,投产的车型及数量也在成倍数的增长,不同厂商为了提高销量,会出台很多促销手段,车辆降价就是一个非常直接有效的手段,那么支撑汽车降价的因素是减员增效,而线体自动化提升就是一个典型的手段,本文基于某款车型的车体自动化下线来探讨在较低投入的同时减掉工作人员,希望能为大家提供一些思路。
With the rapid economic development,more and more cars are in demand.Automobile matket is paid much attention by many manufacturers,the number and the model of cars they put into operation are growing exponentially.In order to improve sales,manufacturers will introduce a lot of promotions.Dropping the selling price is a very direct and effecitive method,but increasing efficiency by downsizing staff need carry out to support price reduction.Improving automatic control level of production line is a typical means.In this paper,based on certain models of the vehicle body automation put into use were explored to realize attrition in the low investment.
