工业废渣对塑料模板的应用影响研究

摘要
通过填充技术在PVC塑料模板中分别添加工业废渣(磷石膏、赤泥、微珠),采用挤出、注塑工艺制备PVC复合材料,研究3种工业废渣及不同含量对PVC复合材料综合性能的影响。结果表明:通过偶联剂改性过的工业废渣在PVC复合材料中起异相连接作用,与PVC基体发生脱水反应形成共价键连接,能够有效地使工业废渣的无机物充分和有机结构结合。当加入20%的磷石膏时,PVC复合材料的弹性模量达到1 676.25MPa,冲击韧性达到30.31kg/m~2,扭矩达到30.21N·m。而1%的赤泥和6%的微珠时,PVC复合材料的弯曲强度达到27.78MPa,弹性模量达到1 821.50MPa,冲击韧性达到33kJ/m~2,扭矩达到27.25N·m。有效地提高PVC复合改性材料的强度、韧性和流动性,特别是赤泥和微珠通过有效配合比能够增强PVC基体的塑化作用,并且能够在工业生产中大幅度降低生产成本
By filling technology,industrial waste residue including phosphogypsum,red mud,and bead are added in PVC plastic formwork,then by extrusion and injection molding process for preparation of PVC composite material,effects of three kinds of industrial waste residue and different content on the performance of PVC composite materials are studied.The results show that the industrial waste modified by coupling agent does connection effect in PVC composites,and forming a covalent bond with the dehydration of PVC matrix,can effectively make the industrial waste residue of inorganic and organic combination of full structure.When adding 20%phosphogypsum,the elastic modulus of PVC composites reached1 676.25 MPa,the impact toughness reached 30.31kg/m~2,the torque reached 30.21N·m.While 1%of red mud and6%the micro beads,the flexural strength of PVC composites reached 27.78 MPa,the elastic modulus reached 1 821.50 MPa,the impact toughness reached 33kJ/m2,the torque reached 27.25 N·m.The effective improvement of PVC composite modified material strength,toughness and fluidity,especially red mud and beads through effective mix can enhance the plasticizing effect of PVC matrix,and in the industrial production greatly reduce the production cost.
