集“还原-吸附”于一体的磁性纳米吸附剂的制备及其对制革废水中六价铬的吸附研究

摘要
利用I-乙基-3-(3-二甲基氨丙基)-碳化二亚胺/N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺(EDC/NHS)技术将没食子酸(GA)共价固定于Fe_3O_4表面,制备了一种集"还原-吸附"于一体的磁性纳米吸附剂(GA@AMEO@SiO_2@Fe_3O_4),并用于制革废水中六价铬的治理。研究采用多种检测手段对GA@AMEO@SiO_2@Fe_3O_4进行了表征,同时较为系统地研究其对六价铬的"还原-吸附"性能。实验结果表明,当溶液的pH范围为3-10时,GA中的酚羟基部分解离,对溶液中的六价铬具有先还原后吸附的能力;将GA@AMEO@SiO_2@Fe_3O_4直接应用于含六价铬制革废水治理,尽管废水成分复杂,但其对六价铬的还原-吸附百分率接近于100%,并且在磁场作用下,能将其从废水中快速、彻底回收。
In the present study,a magnetic nanoadsorbent(GA@AMEO@SiO_2@Fe_3O_4),with the ccapbilities of reduction and adsorption,was prepared by conjugating gallic acid onto he surface of engineered iron oxide nanoparticles thtough 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminepropyl) carbodiimide hydrochloride/N-hydroxysuccinimide(EDC/NHS) method,and was used in treatment of chromium(Ⅵ) in tanning wastewaterwith.The synthesized nanoadsorbent was characterized by multiple techniques and its chromium(Ⅵ) reduction-adsorption potency was investigated systematically.The results showed that the chromium(Ⅵ) reduction and adsorption capacity were pH dependent,ranging from 3 to 10.Finally,it was found that chromium(Ⅵ) reduction and removal percentage from real tannery effluents by GA@AMEO@SiO_2@Fe_3O_4 approximated 100%,and the exhausted nanoadsorbent could be separated rapidly from the effluents via a simple magnetic process.According to these results,we intend to offer an efficient and separable magnetic nanoadsorbent that may detoxify chromium(Ⅵ) first and then remove it from tannery effluents.
