环圈固化胶热机械性能对光纤陀螺标度因数的影响

摘要
研究了环圈固化胶热机械性能对光纤陀螺标度因数长期稳定性的影响,从理论上对标度因数稳定性影响因素进行了研究,建立了仿真模型,利用动态热机械分析仪(DMA)对环圈固化胶进行了热机械性能测试,分析了全温条件下固化胶模量和玻璃化转变温度与光纤陀螺标度因数的关系。理论分析和实验结果表明:环圈固化胶应力松弛效应影响陀螺标度因数长期稳定性,玻璃化转变温度位置和模量及其变化对光纤陀螺标度因数重复性影响很大,模量相对变化大,导致标度因数长期稳定性偏差;玻璃化转变过程中模量剧烈变化,导致该温度范围标度因数重复性差。
Based on fiber optic gyro, study in effect of thermal mechanical properties of fiber coil resin on the long term stability of scale factor has been performed. It studied theoretically the influencing essential elements of scale factor stability, and the simulation model was built. The thermal mechanical properties of fiber coil resin were studied through thermal dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA), and then analyzed the relationship between fiber optic gyro scale factor and the modulus and glass transition temperature of fiber coil resin when the operating temperature changes from-40℃ to 60℃. The experiment and analysis results show that the long term stability of scale factor is effected greatly by the stress relaxation behavior, the glass transition temperature, the modulus and its changes of fiber coil resin. And further, great variation of modulus will lead to the long term stability deviation of scale factor. In addition, scale factor repeatability changes greatly during the glass transition process.
