点击合成腰果酚基侧链环氧化型增塑剂

摘要
本文旨在借助高效、高选择性的点击化学反应,在温和经济的条件下,利用天然可再生资源腰果酚合成一种侧链环氧型多功能增塑剂,并研究其对于PVC的增塑稳定作用。首先,在氮气的保护下,用367nm紫外光引发腰果酚侧链双键和巯基乙醇的点击化学反应,在腰果酚侧链引入羟基,得到腰果酚硫醚(CS)。然后,在50%Na OH溶液的作用下,腰果酚硫醚中酚羟基和硫醚羟基和环氧氯丙烷反应得到腰果酚基侧链环氧化型增塑剂(CEP)。傅立叶红外谱图(FT-IR,Fig.1)和核磁共振谱图(NMR)结果表明利用点击化学反应可在腰果酚侧链上引入羟基并进行环氧化反应。聚氯乙烯(PVC)的密炼结果(Fig.2)表明腰果酚基侧链环氧化型增塑剂对PVC具有良好的增塑和稳定作用。
This work is aimed to explore a multifunction plasticizer originated from cardanol, a sort of environment-friendly and reproducible resource. In order to introducing epoxy group into the cardanol side chain with a economic and mild method, the click chemistry reaction between the double bond of the side chain of cardanol and mercaptoethanol was performed to get cardanol sulfide(CS) under 367 nm UV-irradiation. Then, the epoxy plasticizer based on cardanol(CEP) was obtained by the epoxidation of hydroxyl and epichlorohydrin. FT-IR spectra and NMR spectroscopy techniques confirmed that the hydroxyl was introduced into the side chain of cardanol by click chemistry and CS could be epoxidized futher. Results of the mixing of PVC showed that CEP had perfect plasticization and stabilization effect on PVC.
