新型双子季铵盐缓蚀杀菌剂的合成及性能研究

摘要
以替硝唑和炔氧甲基胺为母体,环氧氯丙烷为连接剂,合成了一种双子季铵盐类缓蚀杀菌剂THQ。通过红外光谱表征了其主要官能团,研究了其在油田采出水和回注水领域的缓蚀和杀菌性能。结果表明,THQ具有良好的缓蚀性能,杀菌性能优于油田普遍使用的杀菌剂十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵(1227)。
A new kind of gemini quaternary ammonium salt was synthesized as corrosion fungicides by tinidazole and metronidazole which were used as main body,while 1,4- dibromobutane was used as linking agent.IR spetrum was carred out to characterize its main functional groups.The inhibition and bactericidal properties of TXM used in oil field produced and return water was studied and it showed that TXM had good corrosion properties.Its bactericidal properties was superior to dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride(1227),which was commonly used in oilfield.
