同伴教学模式在来华医学留学生临床思维培养中的应用

摘要
同伴教学是一种同伴合作、互动的教学策略。其特点是由拥有相似经历、遇到相同问题等具有共性特征的两个或以上的相互影响参与者,在知识储备、认知行为、思想观念、心理情绪等方面进行正向影响的活动。在医学实践过程中,由于语言障碍、文化差异等问题,对留学生临床思维的培养较困难,而保证留学生的培养质量是促进我国高等教育国际化发展的重要基础。在临床实践中采用同伴教学模式,在教师引导下,留学生与本国学生配对教学、共同学习,通过假设和排除的方法对疾病进行诊断,从而认识疾病的正常诊疗程序。在此过程中,引导学生加深对理论知识的理解,加强对疾病特点的掌握,从而提高留学生的临床思维能力。
Peer teaching is a cooperative, interactive teaching strategies.It's characterized by that there were two or more participants whom have similar experiences, or face same problems, and during the process of knowledge reserve、cognitive behavior、ideology and emotional, they have a positive impact on each other. interactive each other.During the course of medical practice, cause the barriers such as language 、 cultural differences, the cultivation of clinical thinking is difficulty. However, to guarantee the teaching quality of international students is an important base for the development of higher education internationalization in China. In clinical peer teaching model, under the guidance of teachers, with international students were taught and learning together. And then, by assuming and exclude methods, they will understood the normal therapy procedure for diagnosing diseases. In the process,guiding students to have a better understanding of the knowledge, enhance the mastery of disease characteristics, thereby enhancing the student's clinical thinking ability.
