摘要
为研究加载时制动器的加载精度和稳定性,在模态分析的理论模型的基础上,从制动器总体结构入手,借助ANSYS仿真平台开展了制动器模态与加载载荷的研究,分析了其制动过程中加载载荷对固有频率的影响;揭示了制动器固有频率和振动特性,为制动器的优化和改进提供了参考和依据。
To study accuracy and stability of the brake load, starting from the overall structure of the brake, carry out the research brake mode and loading load with ANSYS simulation platform based on theoretical models modal analysis, and analyze the impact of loaded on the natural frequency during braking loads; It reveals the natural frequency and vibration characteristics of brakes, which provides a reference and basis for optimizing and improving the brake.
