加味金芙膏外敷防治静滴甘露醇引起的静脉炎临床研究

摘要
目的:探讨加味金芙膏外敷对静滴甘露醇引起的静脉炎防治效果。方法:1、将静滴甘露醇3天的患者120例作为预防组,随机分为实验组及对照组,每组60例,实验组在静滴甘露醇的同时外敷加味金芙膏,对照组不做处理。2、将静滴甘露醇引起的静脉炎120例患者作为治疗组,随机分成实验组及对照组,每组60人,实验组在静脉炎处外敷加味金芙膏,对照组在静脉炎给予50%硫酸镁湿敷。结果预防组中的实验组静脉炎的发病率低于对照组(p<0.01),有显著差异性;治疗组中实验组治疗有效率高于对照组(p<0.01),差异有意义。结论加味金芙膏外敷对静滴甘露醇引起的静脉炎有防治效果,可广泛应用于临床。
Objective: To explore the clinical effects of using apply the cream flavored gold in treating Phlebitis caused by mannitol.Method 1: The 120 patients of 3 days infusion of mannitol as a prevention group were divided into two groups randomly,the experimental group and control group. The patients in the experimental group were treated by intravenous infusion of mannitol and the cre am flavored gold, the patients in the control group without any treatment.Method 2: The 120 phlebitis patients caused by intravenous infusion of mannitol as a cure group were divided into two groups ra ndomly,the experimental group and control group. The patients in the experimental group were applied the cream flavored gold at the location of phlebitis. The patients in the control group were treatedby 50% magnesium hydropathic compress partially.Result: The morbidity in the experimental group is less than the control group(p<0.05)by approach 1. The curative effect in the experimental grou p is more than the control group(p<0.05)by approach 2.Conclusion: The efficacy of apply the cream flavored gold is better for prevention and cure the phlebitis caused by mannitol, It can be widelyused in clinical.
