摘要
随着互联网消费产业的迅猛发展,消费者购物变得更加便利的同时,互联网涉烟违法犯罪活动也日趋频繁。为更加有效地打击互联网涉烟犯罪活动,文章作者结合市场调查、查阅资料及自身工作经历,从互联网涉烟犯罪的特点出发,以执法权限、物流运输、法律法规、网络技术等多个角度剖析现今打击互联网涉烟犯罪活动所存在的主要难点和问题,并给出建议。
With the rapid development of the Internet consumer industry, shopping has beco me more convenient, while the Internet tobacco crime activities have become increasingly freq uent. In order to combat Internet tobacco crime more effectively, the author analyzes the mai n difficulties and problems in the Internet, and gives some advice on the basis of the charact eristics of the Internet.
