EV/PHEV车辆制冷、制热、除湿和除霜同时成立的高效热泵系统

摘要
近几年来,随着对低油耗环保节能的重视,中国政府为了鼓励开发新能源车,出台了一系列优惠政策。汽车厂家纷纷推出了混合动力车、插电式混合动力车、电动汽车等新能源车型。对于PHEV车,随着内燃发动机效率的提高,可用废热的减少,用于制热的燃油量也随之增加。对于EV车,其制热功耗的比例有时会超过车辆总耗能的50%,导致续航里程缩短。本论文介绍了一种高效的车用空调热泵技术,它采用了一个制冷循环但具备车辆所需的空调功能,即制冷、制热、除湿以及车外热交换器结霜时的除霜功能,从而大幅提高车辆的续航里程。
In recent years,because of the reduction of fuel consumption and environment improvement,Chinese government is leading vehicle manufacturers to develop new energy and energy saving vehicles,such as hybrid,plug-in hybrid,and electric vehicles.However,due to the engine heat decreased by improving the efficiency of the internal combustion engine,energy supply fuel consumption for heating increase and make actual fuel consumption deteriorates.In case of EV,winter heating energy consumption rate of the total energy is over 50%,which is supposed to be used for running,greatly decreases the actual traveling distance.This paper is about efficient heat pump air conditioning technology which greatly contribute to increase cruise distance,with a function of heating,cooling,and dehumidification,defrosting by only one refrigeration cycle。
