基于南非UG2铬矿烧结的优化试验

摘要
为解决某特钢公司铬矿烧结生产中存在能耗高、利用系数低等问题,针对该公司的原料特点,以南非UG2矿为主原料,配入不同比例的土耳其矿\哈萨克斯坦矿\红土镍矿进行了混合制粒试验,找出了制粒效果较优的配矿方案。在此基础上,通过烧结试验进一步探索了合适的熔剂及其配比。研究表明:在"南非UG2矿52%+土耳其矿28%+焦粉7%+膨润土4.5%+自制粘结剂3.5%+蛇纹石为12%"的配矿方案下,控制混合料水分为12.4%,能取得较好的生产指标;如果配加萨克斯坦矿,适宜的配料方案为:UG2矿48%+哈萨克斯坦矿32%+焦粉7%+膨润土4.5%+自制粘结剂3.5%+蛇纹石为12%;若配加红土镍矿,其配比不宜超过20%。
The 70 ㎡ linear chrome ore sinter plant of a special steel limited company encountered high energy consumption and low utilization factor problem,basing on raw material property analysis,we made a research on mixing and pelletizing effect of South Africa UG2 ore with different dosage of Turkish ore/Kazakhstan ore/laterite-nickel ore,and the different sinter product quality influenced by various flux and their respective dosage. The researches show,the best sintering scheme is Turkish ore sintered with South Africa UG2 ore with 7:13 proportion for a best pelletizing effect. The best sintering flux is 12% dosage of serpentine. Moreover,add 20% laterite-nickel ore at most into South Africa UG2 ore would enhance sintering utilization factor.
