朝阳沟油田一类区块深部调剖剂配方优选与性能评价

摘要
朝阳沟油田一类区块早期注水开发,目前含水率较高,为了改善开发效果,对该区块采取了深部调剖措施。通过室内实验优选出一种适合朝阳沟油田一类区块应用的深部调剖剂,并对其进行了性能评价分析。优选结果如下:主剂为质量浓度1200~2000mg/L的部分水解聚丙烯酰胺,交联剂由质量分数分别是2.23%、2.64%、1.97%的氯化铬、乳酸、氢氧化钠组成,添加剂为质量浓度600~800mg/L的NaCl、500~1500mg/L的NaHCO_3和800mg/L的硫脲,交联比为15∶1。优选深部调剖剂性能良好,从室内岩心实验可以看出,该深部调剖剂能有效封堵裂缝,并大幅度提高采收率,平均封堵率和平均提高采收率分别达到83.95%和24.9%,对现场应用具有重要的指导意义。
The early water injection development of the first-class block in Chaoyanggou Oilfield has caused a high water cut presently. In order to improve the development effect, it is necessary to take the deep profile control measures in the block. A new type of deep profile control agent suitable for the first-class block in Chaoyanggou Oilfield has been developed, whose performance has been evaluated by laboratory experiment. The results showed that the main agent was HPAM with the mass concentration of 1200~2000mg/L; the crosslinking agent was made of chromium chloride, lactic acid and sodium hydroxide, whose mass fraction were 2. 23%, 2. 64% and 1. 97% respectively; the additives were NaCl, NaHCO_3 and thiourea, whose mass concentration were 600 ~ 800mg/L, 500 ~1500mg/L and 800 mg/L; and the crosslinking ratio was 15∶ 1. The optimal deep profile control agent has a very good performance. The indoor core experiments indicated that the deep profile control agent could plug the fractures effectively, and enhance the oil recovery greatly. The average plugging rate and the average enhanced oil recovery reached 83. 95% and 24. 9% respectively, which would provide important guidance in the field application.
