深海采矿扬矿管系统塔架动态特性分析

摘要
研究深海采矿设备是海洋采矿领域的研究重点和热点。目前国内外几种主流的采矿方式中,扬矿管系统是其中的关键技术之一,而塔架作为扬矿管道布放回收的支撑结构,受到来自扬矿管路由海流、提升泵、波浪等激发的激励,因此塔架的动力学特性分析显得尤为重要。本文针对南海500m海洋采矿试验所设计的塔架采用有限元法进行来了模态以及阶跃载荷下的瞬态响应分析,得到了塔架结构的固有频率和对应的振型,以及冲击载荷下的位移响应,表明该设计可以满足南海500m海洋采矿试验要求。
The research on equipment has become an emphasis and a hotspot in the field of Deep-sea Mining. In the mainstream methods of deep-sea mining, lifting pipe system is one of the key technologies, no matter at home or abroad. As one of the most important support structures for lifting pipe system, the dynamic characteristics analysis on supporting tower, which the complex dynamic loads from sea current, lifting-pump and wave put on, is very important. By using the finite element method, the first 6th nature frequencies and modes, the transient response by loading a impact load obtained from modal analysis and transient analysis led the author to the conclusion that the supporting tower is safe enough to bear the complex load and complete the test.
