聚酰胺-胺接枝的磁性二氧化硅纳米材料应用水中汞和甲基汞的去除

摘要
合成了聚酰胺-胺接枝的四氧化三铁-二氧化硅复合材料并通过静电引力将鲱鱼精DNA片段吸附于纳米材料表面,研究其对水中汞离子和甲基汞离子的去除。实验发现,表面固定DNA的纳米材料对汞离子和甲基汞的吸附能力显著提高,对汞离子的吸附的平衡时间为5分钟,去除效率达95%,而甲基汞的平衡时间为5秒,去除效率超过90%。合成的材料可多次重复使用,对加标自来水、河水以及海水中汞及甲基汞离子的去除都取得良好的效果。
Removal of Hg(II) and Me Hg(I) from water matrices was investigated by immobilizing herring sperm DNA fragments on polyamidoamine-grafted magnetic silica nanoparticle surfaces(Fe_3O_4-SiO_2-PAMAM@DNA).Sharp increases in uptake percentages were observed with Fe_3O_4-SiO_2-PAMAM@DNAs as compared to their respective Fe_3O_4-SiO_2-PAMAMs as controls.Moreover,high-generation PAMAMs favored the removal.The adsorption equilibrium time was approximately 5 min for Hg(II) and 5 s for Me Hg(I) with percent removals at ~95% and ~90%,respectively.The adsorbent could be regenerated easily and reused for more than three months without significant decrease in removal efficiency.Applications of the nanoparticle assemblies to tap water,river water and sea water samples suggest that the strategy is feasible for rapid,facile and cost-effective removal of Hg(II) and Me Hg(I) from water matrices.
