万元工业增加值取水量变化的行业驱动作用与类型分析

摘要
通过kaya恒等式扩展,将万元工业增加值取水量变化的驱动作用分解为区域工业结构、行业节水效率和行业用水效益三个方面;采用对数均值迪氏指标分解方法(LMDI),提出基于行业尺度的区域万元工业增加值取水量变化的驱动作用、类型与对策为论文的创新点。依据河南省2008年-2013年的而板数据的研究表明:用水效益的正向驱动作用持续稳定,是河南万元工业增加值取水量下降的主要驱动因素,工业节水建设的成效逐步显现,工业结构调整的驱动作用有待加强;在划分的强抑制、弱抑制、弱推动和强推动四种行业类型中,强抑制和强推动行业是决定区域万元工业增加值取水量变化的重点,提出基于行业驱动特征的河南省降低万元工业增加值取水量的对策建议。论文将Kaya模型拓展,并应用于行业尺度的水资源研究,将应对水资源危机的对策分解落实到具体的行业,有针对性的给出政策建议,具有理论和实际双重意义。
