带过滤器中间包流场水模拟优化研究

摘要
依据相似原理,对梅钢双流板坯连铸机中间包增加过滤器前后的流场进行水力学模拟研究,研究结果表明:该钢厂原型中间包流场的控流效果存在一定问题,中间包内死区体积分数偏大,钢液混匀效果差;在原中间包方案基础上通过优化挡墙挡坝位置及高度来优化中间包流场,根据水力学模型试验结果,得出双流中间包去掉挡坝,改变钢液过滤器的方向,能够得到最优中间包控流方案。该控流方案安装简单,成本低,避免了挡墙及挡坝的耐材熔损进入钢液中增加夹杂物含量。
Based on similitude principle,the fluid flow in the tundish of steel slab casting has been studied by water model experiment simulation.The results show that the problem existed in the flow field of the original tundish;And the ratio of the dead zone was relatively larger and thus the homogenization of the hot metal was not so acceptable;and by change the place of curtain and weir,the the flow field of the tundish is improved.On the basis of the water model experiment,the flow field of the tundish is further improved by take the weir out and change the angle of a Filter.The flow field of the tundish is easy to install and has lower cost.And avoid refractory liquate into the liquid steel and increase the inclusions.
