AT13复合陶瓷涂层在采油螺杆泵上的研究应用

摘要
针对镀铬层螺杆泵在三元复合驱采油过程中存在的螺杆泵启动扭矩大、能耗高、螺杆易结垢、抗磨损性能差、检泵周期短等问题,根据固体表面与污垢沉积之间的关系、螺杆泵螺杆表面与定子橡胶之间摩擦易产生静电的特点,设计了以抗结垢、抗磨损性能良好和表面能低的AT13[87%(质量分数)Al_2O_3+13%(质量分数)Ti O2]陶瓷涂层为基体,掺杂减摩辅料MoS_2、抗静电纳米辅料ATO,制成AT13复合陶瓷涂层。该复合陶瓷涂层螺杆泵水力特性实验表明,较AT13涂层螺杆泵机械效率提高13.4%。AT13复合陶瓷涂层改善了三元复合驱螺杆泵螺杆与橡胶定子摩擦副的抗结垢、抗静电、抗磨损性能,为延长检泵周期提供了一种有效途径。
In view of the problems such as large starting torque, high energy consumption, easily scaling, poor wear resistance, short pump inspection cycle, etc. existed in the operation of chrome coating progressive cavity pump(PCP) in ASP flooding production, composite coating AT13 with anti-scaling, good wear resistance and low surface energy was designed according to the relationship between the solid surface and the dirt deposition as well as the feature that the PCP produces static electricity easily when its surface is rubbing against the rubber stator. AT13(87 wt % Al_2O_3+13 wt % TiO_2) takes ceramic coating as matrix, adding MoS_2 to reduce the friction and antistatic electricity nanometer material ATO, so as to make composite ceramic coating AT13. The test of hydraulic performance for PCP with composite ceramic coating showed that the mechanical efficiency was increased by 13.4%compared with that of AT13. In progressive cavity pump of ASP flooding, the composite ceramic coating AT13 improve the anti-scaling, anti-static electricity and anti-wear property of PCP rod and rubber stator friction pair,as well as provide an effective way for increasing pump inspection period.
