电解制氟生产中阴极尾气处理工艺的研究

摘要
电解制氟是铀转化生产中最主要的非核设施,对铀转化的生产成本影响很大,氟气是生产UF_6必不可少的原料,在核工业中占有重要地位,但是在电解制氟过程中阴极产生的氢气中夹带的少量HF,HF是高毒性物质,危害人体健康,如果直接排放亦会造成严重的环境污染。本文介绍了电解制氟工艺过程及生产过程阴极气体夹带HF的原因,对氢气鼓泡法和碱液循环淋洗法处理HF的原理、工艺流程做了阐述,提出了解决氢气鼓泡法吸收效果问题的设想,对碱液循环淋洗法生产费用及二次废液量做了重点分析计算。
Fluorine electrolysis is the most important non-nuclear facility in uranium conversion production.It has a huge influence on the cost of the production of uranium conversion.Fluoride is an indispensable ingredient in the production of UF_6,and it plays an important role in nuclear industry,a small amount of HF in hydrogen produced from cathode,and HF is highly toxical material,it can harm human health,if direct emissions will cause environment pollution.This paper first offers an introduction of technological process of fluorine electrolysis and cause of the cathode gas entrain HF,then the mechanism and technological process of hydrogen bubbling method and lye leaching method,propose some ways to solve the problems of hydrogen bubbling method,and mainly focuses on production cost and secondary waste liquid of lye leaching method.
