人体胎盘中短链氯化石蜡分析方法的研究

摘要
短链氯化石蜡(SCCPs)作为一类新型持久性有机污染物已经引起全球的关注。由于氯化石蜡是一类直链正构烷烃氯化衍生而成的复杂混合物,对其在不同基质中的定性定量分析是化学分析工作者所面临的极大挑战[1]。目前,国内外对多种环境介质(水、土壤和底泥、大气、食品)中的短链氯化石蜡的分析方法及污染状况均有报道,但对于人体胎盘中短链氯化石蜡的分析方法及污染状况还没有相关报道。本研究基于基质固相分散技术[2],利用正交试验设计,建立了一种针对人体胎盘中短链氯化石蜡简捷、经济的样品前处理方法。该方法采用硅胶分散固相萃取、净化,100m L正己烷/二氯甲烷(体积比7:3)进行洗脱,利用气相色谱串联高分辨飞行时间质谱(GC-QTOF)和气相色谱-低分辨电子捕获负化学离子源质谱(GC-ECNI-LRMS)进行短链氯化石蜡的测定。在最优条件下,GC-QTOF和GC-ECNI-LRMS测得的基质加标回收率分别可达116.4%~129.1%和88.6%~94.9%,相对标准偏差分别为5.17%和3.43%,以上研究结果表明我们所建立的方法可用于实际人体样品中SCCPs的检测。
Short-chain chlorinated paraffins(SCCPs),regarded as a new persistent organic pollutants(POPs),are highly complex technical mixtures of polychlorinated n-alkanes which has been caused wide attention.SCCPs contain thousands of individual molecular structures – which make them very difficult for quantitation and quality analysis.In this study,a simple and economic pretreatment analytical methods in human placenta based on matrix solid phase dispersion was studied by using the orthogonal test.The analytes were extracted by silica gel dispersive solid-phase extraction and eluted by100 m L the mixture of hexane and dichloromethane(v:v,7:3).The results had good repetition with the recoveries ranging from 116.4% to 129.1% and 88.6 to 94.9%,the relative standard deviations is 5.17% and 3.43% measured by Gas Chromatography Quadrupole Time-of-Flight Mass Spectrometry and gas chromatograph-electron capture negative ion low resolution mass spectrometry respectively.
