基于生态学思想的上海滨江棕地更新设计理念分析

摘要
在中国新型城镇化过程中发生剧烈的土地利用与土地覆盖变化(LUCC),出现大量的废旧工厂、码头等棕地。由于土壤污染限制和扩大城市绿化的需要,往往把棕地转化为公园绿地。本文以上海徐汇区滨江绿地为例实地调查了滨江棕地从旧的工业用地向公园用地的转化过程,分析了工业遗迹中景观元素的选择、再利用和再表达,同时从土壤污染处理、雨洪管理及水文重塑、植物群落选择与复建等方面阐述棕地更新设计中蕴含的生态学思想,提出了滨江棕地更新设计的生态设计理念,以期为未来滨江棕地更新提供理论指导。
One of the typical results of new urbanization is intense land-use and land-cover change(LUCC) in China,such as a number of abandoned factories and docks which are called brownfields.Most of the brownfields are rebuilt up as green spaces(parks) due to constraint of soil contaminants and metals and large demand to more urban green space.This study took Xuhui Waterfront Park in Shanghai as a case to investigate how a waterfront brownfield(WFB) transformed from a former industrial land to park land.Firstly,we analyzed landscape elements on industrial site for selection,reuse and re-expression.Secondly,we tried out potential ecological ideas for the designing and updating brownfield from soil pollution treatment,storm flood management and hydrological improvement,and plant community selection and rebuilding.Finally,based on the ecological theories,we proposed eco-design concepts for WFB,which would be theoretical directions for future WFB rebuilding.
