摘要

目的:讨论经皮撬拨复位克氏针法在难复性粗隆间骨折中的应用体会;方法:选取2015年1月2016年12月到我院接受治疗的难复型粗隆间骨折患者35例,所有患者均采用经皮撬拔复位克氏针法进行治疗;结果:35名患者均获得时间为14—70个月的随访,随访过程中未发现有感染以及神经损伤的患者,骨折愈合情况良好;结论:经皮撬拔复位治疗方案,对骨折患者局部组织造成的损伤较轻、十分有利于患者骨折的愈合及关节功能的恢复。
Objective:To discuss percutaneous poking reduction and Kirschner wire in refractory intertrochanteric fracture of the application of methods from January 2015 to December 2016;to the hospital for treatment of complex intertrochanteric fractures in 35 patients,all patients were treated with percutaneous poking reduction Kirschner needle treatment results;there were 35 patients for 14 to 70 months of follow-up,follow-up was found in patients with infection and nerve injury,fracture healing in good condition;conclusion the therapy percutaneous poking reduction,resulting in the patients with fracture of local tissue damage is light,is conducive to the recovery of patients with fracture healing and joint function the.
