HPLC法同时测定绿衣枳壳中水合橘皮内酯、橘皮内酯、马尔敏和葡萄内酯的含量

摘要
目的:建立绿衣枳壳中水合橘皮内酯、橘皮内酯、马尔敏和葡萄内酯同时测定的HPLC方法。方法:采用DiamonsilC_(18)柱(150mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-水(38:62),流速1.0mL·min~(-1),检测波长:324nm,柱温:25℃。结果:水合橘皮内、橘皮内酯、马尔敏和葡萄内酯分别在0.0038~0.0229μg(r=0.9997)、0.0058~0.0347μg(r=0.9995)、0.0065~0.0389μg(r=0.9992)和0.8226~4.9357μg(r=0.9998)的进样量范围内呈良好的线性关系;其平均回收率(n=6)分别为103.50%、97.80%、99.51%和105.00%,其RSD值分别为2.1%、1.7%、2.9%和2.5%。结论:本法简便、准确,可用于绿衣枳壳中水合橘皮内酯、橘皮内酯、马尔敏和葡萄内酯的含量测定。
Objective To develop an HPLCmethold forSimultaneous determination of meranzin hydrate,meranzin,marmin and aurapten in FructusPonciritrifoliatae.Methods:TheHPLC system consisted of a DiamonsilC_(18) column(150 mm × 4.6 mm,5μm) and the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water in gradient mode(38:62) at the flow rate 0fl.0mL·min.The detection wavelength was 324 run and the column temperature was 25℃.Results:The contents of meranzin hydrate,meranzin,marmin,and aurapte had good linearrelationship in the range of 0.0038~0.0229μg(r=0.9997)、0.0058~0.0347μg(r=0.9995)、0.0065~0.0389μg(r=0.9992)and 0.8226~4.9357μg(r=0.9998)respectively,and the average recoveries(n=6) of four components were103.5%with RSD of 2.1%,97.80%with RSD of 1.7%,99.51%with RSD of 2.9%,105.00%with RSD of 2.5%respectively.Conclusion:Acoording to the methodology validation,thismethold can be appiled to the determination meranzin hydrate,meranzin,marmin and auraptenin FructusPonciriTrifoliatae.
