摘要
目的:探究罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼用于无痛分娩麻醉效果。方法:选取2013年9月至2015年内3月入院分娩的孕妇84例,随机将其分成研究组和对照组,各42例,对照组实施常规分娩,研究组予罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼无痛分娩,对比分析分娩结果。结果:研究组自然分娩率、各产程时间、VAS评分以情况均较对照组优,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼用于无痛分娩麻醉效果显著,值得推广。
