半干法烧结烟气脱硫灰中亚硫酸钙分解动力学特征

摘要
通过半干法烧结烟气脱硫灰的TG-DSC分析实验,研究脱硫灰在氮气气氛下的分解行为和动力学参数。实验结果表明,脱硫灰中的亚硫酸钙在800℃开始分解,热分解峰顶温度T_p随升温速率的增大向高温方向移动;采用Kissinger法、Starink法、KAS法计算得到的活化能分别为261.45kJ/mol、255.594kJ/mol、258.149kJ/mol,指前因子ln(A/s~(-1))分别为27.132、25.489、25.718。脱硫灰中亚硫酸钙分解最概然机理函数的微分形式为f(α)=1,积分式为G(α)=α,动力学方程为dα/dt=2.19×10~((1))×exp(-3.11×10~4/T)。
The sintering flue gas desulfurization ash was tested by the TG-DSC,the decomposition behaviorand kinetic parameters were studied under nitrogen atmosphere.The results showed that the calcium sulfite in desulfurization ash began to decompose at800℃,the peak temperature Tpincreased with the heating rate.The activation energies calculated by Kissinger method,Starink method,KAS method were 261.45kJ/mol,255.594 kJ/mol,258.149kJ/mol,pre-exponential factor In(A/s~(-1)) were27.132,25.489,25.718.The integral anddifferential formsof themost probable mechanism function were f(α)=land G(α)=α,Thermaldecompositionkinetic equations of the CaSO_3was dα/dt=2.19×10~(11)×exp(-3.11×10~4/T).
