双腔冲洗加引流装置与传统引流方法治疗颌面间隙感染的疗效比较

摘要
目的:比较不同引流方法治疗颌面部间隙感染的临床效果。方法:选取在我院2014年5月至2016年5月收治的口腔颌面部间隙感染患者临床资料40例作为研究对象,按照不同的治疗方法随机分为实验组与对照组,每组均为20例。实验组采用双腔冲洗+引流装置,对照组采用传统引流+冲洗方法。采用SPSS20.0统计学软件进行统计学分析比较治愈率、手术切口长度、换药天数等参数指标。结果:两组间治愈率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),实验组手术切口长度及换药天数均少于对照组,组间差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用标准型双腔导尿管制作冲洗+负压引流装置,可明显减少术手术切口长度,降低住院换药时间,从而减少术后瘢痕的遗留及住院费用,使患者获得更大收益。
Objective:To compare the clinical effects of different drainage methods in treatment of maxillofacial space infection.Methods:The clinical datas of 40 patients with maxillofacial space infections in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were studied,they were randomly divided into experimental and control group according to the different treatment methods,each group had 20 cases.In the experimental group,double cavity irrigation and negative pressure drainage was used,and traditional drainage method in the control group.SPSS20.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis and the cure rate,the length of the incision,the days of dressing changes were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in cure rate between the two groups(P > 0.05).The length of incision and the days of dressing change in the experimental group were less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:the new device made of standard double lumen catheter,can reduce the incision length and the length of treatment time,thereby reducing the postoperative scar left and the cost of hospitalization,so that patients get more profits.
