摘要
模板早拆体系指混凝土浇筑后,楼板的强度尚未到达规定的拆模强度时,将部分模板及支承先行拆除的模板支撑体系。结合本住宅工程的时例,通过对模板早拆体系的应用及深化加快了模板及支撑的周转使用,减少了龙骨、横杆、模板的配置数量,不仅满足了建筑设计要求,而且节省了工程租赁材料的投入,达到了节约资源,降低成本的目的。
The early dismantling formwork system after the pouring of concrete floor,the strength has not yet reached the stripping strength specified,will be part of the formwork and the removal of the first supporting formwork supporting system.When the housing project combination,through the application of early dismantling formwork system and deepen the accelerated formwork and support the turnover,reduce the number of configuration of keel,bar,formwork,not only meets the requirements of architectural design,but also save the engineering materials rental investment,to save resources,reduce the cost.
