降低YJ19烟支单箱废品率

摘要
为降低YJ19卷烟机组烟支单箱废品率问题,通过分析在计量供丝、风分除梗、吸丝成型三个环节容易产生烟支废品,烟支废品主要表现是:空头、超重。通过在YJ19卷烟机组对空头、超重缺陷烟支分析,发现悬浮室气流波动、吸风室气流不足、参数没有优化是影响烟支废品的主要原因。针对上述原因,对YJ19卷烟机组进行以下改进:①通过在小风机出口引入吹风,让悬浮室气流波动变小。②通过扩大风腔孔面积,补偿吸风室气流不足。3通过正交试验,找出最适合YJ19最适合的参数,降低烟支单箱废品率。结果表明:改进后YJ卷烟机组烟支单箱废品率为0.123KG/箱降到0.071KG/箱,全年可节约烟支成本100万元左右,实现高质低耗高效生产。

Through the analysis of the short and heavy defects in the YJ19 cigarette set, it is found that the air flow in the suspension room, the insufficient air flow in the air suction chamber, and the parameters are not optimized. In view of the above reasons, in YJ19 Cigarette Machine Group the following improvements: through the introduction of blowing in wind machine export, let the suspension chamber airflow fluctuations smaller. By enlarging the area of the air cavity, the air flow in the air suction chamber is insufficient. Through orthogonal experiment, find out the most suitable parameters of YJ19, and reduce the scrap rate of cigarette. The results show that the improved YJ cigarette unit cigarette box scrap rate for box 0.123KG/ to 0.071KG/ box, annual saving cigarettes cost about 100 million yuan, achieve efficient production of high quality and low cost.
