摘要
随着城市经济水平的快速发展,机动车保有量、交通流量迅速增加,城市道路交通拥堵问题日趋严重。要对交通拥堵的状况有明确的认识,需建立量化的评价指标。交通状态指数在量化描述城市道路区域、路网的交通状态方面有着显著优势。本文基于上海市交通状态指数(TSI),从拥堵程度、拥堵分布、拥堵趋势三个方面进行分析,构建了面向城市道路交通拥堵量化评价体系。通过实际数据分析验证了城市道路交通拥堵真值,明确了大范围拥堵、长时间拥堵、常发性拥堵的概念及操作阈值,为制定相应的拥堵管理措施提供指标支持。
With the rapid development of economy,the amount of automobiles and traffic volume is increasing rapidly.Urban road traffic congestion is more seriously.To understand present situation of traffic congestion,it is necessary to establish quantitative evaluation index system.Traffic State Index(TSI) has a significant advantage for the quantitative description of the urban road region and road network traffic state.This paper proposes a method evaluating urban road traffic congestion based on TSI.Traffic congestion evaluation index system is constructed from the degree of congestion,the distribution of congestion and the trend of congestion.Finally,present situation of traffic congestion is verified by the practical application case.The definitions and characteristics of massive congestion,long congestion and recurrent congestion are described.This paper will provide index calculation for the establishment of management measures.
