数据挖掘技术在港口工程环保竣工验收中的应用

摘要
港口工程环境保护竣工验收调查是以海岸带生态环境影响调查为主的一项全新技术工作,如何从港口工程建设运行全过程所采集到的海量原始数据中挖掘有效、新颖、具有潜在价值且易于理解的知识表示,成为港口工程竣工环境保护验收调查亟需解决的技术难题。本文尝试将数据挖掘技术应用于环保验收调查中,提出了港口工程竣工环境保护验收调查的数据挖掘方法框架,并进行案例研究。为解决港口工程竣工环境保护验收调查这一技术难题提供了新的方法。针对港口工程施工工艺、施工状况、施工现场数据、环境监测数据、生态及水质调查因子等进行数据挖掘应用,最终调查挖掘出案例工程施工过程中的海洋生态环境影响的类型、程度及发展趋势,有针对性地提出需要采取的补救性环保措施,为港口工程竣工环境保护验收调查提供有力的技术支持。
Environmental protection acceptance check of port engineering is a new technology to the coastal zone ecological environmental impact survey. How to mining valid, novel, potentially useful and easy to understand knowledge representation from massive raw data collected in the whole process of port engineering construction and run, is a technical problem which need to be solved in the environmental protection acceptance check of port engineering. This paper attempts to apply the data mining technology to the environmental protection acceptance check of port engineering. The framework of data mining methods in this work is presented. It also make case studies. It apply a new method to solve this technical problem. In this paper, Data mining technology is applied in the construction technology of port engineering, construction conditions,construction site data, environmental monitoring data, ecological and water quality factors. The type, degree of development and trend of the marine ecological environmental impact of construction process in the case of Engineering was gained finally. The remedial measures for environmental protection is proposed.A powerful technical support for the environmental protection acceptance check is provided.
