GeP_5/C:一种大容量、高首次库仑效率的新型钠离子电池用负极材料

摘要
具有层状结构的GeP_5与碳材料进行复合后,表现了高度可逆的储钠性能:在电流密度为100 mAg~(-1),给出高达1250 mAh g~(-1)的比容量,首次库伦效率高于90%。并且光滑的充放电曲线具有较低且安全的电位,适合用作钠离子电池负极材料。GeP_5/C复合材料也表现出超高的倍率性能,在电流密度高达1.5 Ag~(-1)下,仍然具有高达900 mA h g~(-1)的可逆比容量进行复合正文。进一步将该负极材料与Na_3V_2(PO_4)_3@C组装成全电池,该全电池也表现了优异的电化学性能,具有高达ca.800 mAh g~(-1)的可逆比容量,同时输出电压高达2.65 V,具有一定的应用前景。
When applied as anode materials for sodium ion batteries(SIBs),GeP_5/C anodes deliver a highly reversible sodium storage capacity of 1250 mA h g~(-1) with the initial C.E.up to 93%at a current density of 100 mA g~(-1).And,the discharge/charge curves of the GeP_5/C anodes represents high smoothness with a low average redox potential of ca.0.4 V vs.Na~+/Na.Besides,the GeP_5/C anode also represents an excellent rate performance of 900 mA h g~(-1) even at a current rate of 1.5 A g~(-1),along with 60 cycles without capacity decay.When coupling with Na_3V_2(PO_4)_3/C cathode,the assembled full cells show a large reversible capacity of ca.800 m A h g~(-1) with a high average output voltage of ca.2.65 V.Based on these excellent sodium storage performances,GeP_5/C would be a promising anode material candidate for SIBs.
