摘要
世博会公共空间后续利用是世博会可持续发展的重要部分,对其可持续发展能否取得成功意义重大。上海世博会结束之后,世博园浦西片区公共空间面临着高温日晒、热岛效应、景观衰败、土地浪费等环境问题。本文在参考上海世博园总体规划以及生态设计理念和技术的基础上,借鉴往届世博会后续利用经验,结合规划区实际情况,提出基于生态设计的世博园区公共空间后续改造与利用的原则和策略:(1)协调区域内人地关系;(2)基于生态绿化设计理念,增加多维景观绿化;(3)强调历史文化传承,合理改造公共空间景观;(4)发挥滨水地理区位优势,优化城市生态景观。在上述策略指导下进行生态改造设计,旨在激活上海世博会浦西片区,优化城市景观,传承历史文化精神,提升世博园区生态环境品质,提高土地利用效率,从而推动上海市生态城市的建设。
The subsequent transformation and utilization of public space in the Expo site is an important part for sustainable development of the Expo site,which has a great impact on the success of sustainable development.After the Shanghai World Expo,the subsequent utilization of public space in Puxi Site arises lots of environmental problems,such as heat exposure,heat island effect,landscape decline,land waste and so on.This paper bases on the overall plan of the Shanghai World Expo and the theory and technology of the ecological design.It also references the ecological design experience of previous World Expo and combines with the actual situation of Puxi Site in the Shanghai World Expo.Finally,a strategy about the subsequent transformation and utilization of public space in the Shanghai World Expo is proposed,which bases on the ecological design:1)We should coordinate the relationship between human and nature in region;2)We should increase multidimensional landscaping basing on ecological greening design;3)We should emphasis the historical and cultural heritage,transform the public space landscape rationally;4)We should develop the advantages of waterfront location and optimize urban ecological landscape.By this important strategy about the subsequent transformation and utilization which is based on the ecological design,we can transform the planting land and optimize the city landscape,inherit the historical and cultural spirit,which benefits to improve the environmental quality of the Expo site and the efficiency of land use,to promote the construction of ecological city in Shanghai.
