摘要
目的:健康教育路径应用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的效果观察。方法:选取我院2014年2月-2015年2月收治的100例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为本次的研究对象,随机分为两组,观察组与对照组,每组50例患者,对照组患者采用常规的健康宣教方式,观察组患者采用健康教育路径,对比两组患者的临床效果。结果:对比两组患者的疾病知识知晓率、护理满意度以及出院后肺功能锻炼和氧疗的依从性,观察组明显优于对照组,两组对比结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者采用健康教育路径临床效果显著,有效提高了患者的护理满意度以及治疗依从性,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective:To observe the effect of health education pathway in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:in our hospital in 2014 February 2015 February treated 100 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients as the research object,and were randomly assigned to two groups,the observation group and the control group,50 cases in each group,the control group were treated with routine health education observed groups of patients with health education pathway,compared two groups of patients with clinical effect.Results:compared two groups of patients with the disease knowledge awareness rate and nursing satisfaction and discharged after lung function exercise and oxygen therapy compliance,the observation group was better than the control group,differences between the Result:of two groups has statistical significance(P< 0.05).Conclusion:in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) by health education path a significant clinical effect,can effectively improve the patients satisfaction with nursing and treatment compliance of,it is worth in the clinical application.
