基于K-Means算法的电动汽车电池组故障诊断研究

摘要
随着电池等关键技术的发展,电动汽车市场保有量越来越大,因此确保电动汽车在充电、久置停车或运行过程中的安全性尤为重要。本文针对电动汽车电池组运行安全性问题,提出基于K-Means聚类分析算法的电动汽车在线安全性研究,通过对汽车内部电池包数据采集,实现在线对电动汽车电池包内电池信息预警,并将故障等级等报警信息及时反馈到汽车整车控制器。该方法具备较快的分析能力,能够迅速对汽车运行过程出现的故障进行预警,从而保证电动汽车的安全性。
Electric vehicles(EVs) are being widely accepted with the development of the battery technology.Therefore,it is equallyimportant to ensure the safety of electric vehicles under the unattended charging,long time parking and the running operation.In this paper,the safety research of the battery pack for EVs is proposed based on K-Means algorithm,by which the collected data is analyzed to achieve the early real-time online warning ofthe battery pack.The warning information including fault level is sent to vehicle controller in time.The proposed method is with fast speed,and can provide early warning for the fault during operation,thereby ensuring the safety operation of EVs.
