确定鼠笼式弹性支承器刚度的一种新方法

摘要
中小航空发动机普遍采用带挤压油膜阻尼器的弹性支承器,而弹性支承器的刚度是一个非常重要的参数。实测弹支刚度最常用的方法是加砝码测位移法。介绍一种用频率法计算和测试鼠笼式弹性支承器刚度的新方法,只要得到弹性支承器的第一阶固有频率,由该固有频率和刚度之间的关系公式即可计算出弹性支承器的刚度。分别用两种方法对一组弹性支承器的刚度进行了有限元计算和试验测试,并将两种方法所得的结果进行了对比。结果表明,用频率法计算和测试弹性支承器的刚度是可行的。
A rat-cage-type elastic support and a squeeze film damper are widely used in small and medium sized aero-engine.The stiffness of the elastic support is a very important parameter.The traditional method that applying load and measuring the displacement is often used to compute and test the stiffness of the elastic support.Here a new method that using the frequency to compute and test the stiffness of the elastic support is introduced,as long as the first natural frequency is acquired,the stiffness can be calculated by using the relation formula of the frequency and stiffness.The stiffness of a series of elastic support is computed and tested by using these two different methods,and the results obtained by these two methods are compared.It shows that using the frequency to compute and test the stiffness of the elastic support is feasible.
