一种新型鼻锥结构速调管输入腔杂频振荡的抑制

摘要
建立了S波段速调管放大器新型鼻锥结构径向注入输入腔的开放腔的三维模型,计算了开放腔的谐振频率和有载Q值。在输入腔后添加吸收介质,有效地抑制了输入腔杂频振荡。当注入微波为130k W时,束压束流为738k V,8.3k A的相对论强流电子束在输入腔后30cm处基波调制电流为320A,调制深度约3.85%。冷测谐振频率和有载Q值与计算结果基本一致。实验中调制束流脉宽达到200ns以上,没有脉冲缩短现象。
In this paper,three dimensional particle simulation of the input cavity for S-band high-current RKA is presented.First three-dimensional model of open cavity for an input cavity of a RKA with a new nose is established and the resonant frequency and loaded-Q of open cavity is calculated.By the use of an absorber,the problem of non-working mode self-excitation can be solved.With the input power is 130 k W,a beam of voltage 738 k V,current 8.3k A,the fundamental harmonic modulated current amplitude is 320 A,the modulation depth is about 3.85%.The resonant frequency and loaded-Q in the cold test are consistent with the simulation results.In the experiment,the width of the pulse is larger than 200 ns,no pulse shorten is found.
