一种可降解的双子季铵盐的合成及抑菌性研究

摘要
制革工业中原料皮防腐普遍采用盐腌法,但中性盐的用量高达原皮重的40~50%,且会产生大量以总溶解固体(TDS)、氯化物形式存在的污染。近年来,有文献报道季铵盐可用于原皮的无盐和少盐防腐。本文以N,N-二甲基乙醇胺和癸酸为原料制备了N-[2-(癸酰氧基)乙基]-N,N-二甲基胺,并利用其与反-1,4-二氯-2-丁烯进行季铵化反应得到了双子季铵盐。利用傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR.)和质谱(MS)分析验证其结构。抑菌实验表明该季铵盐对革兰氏阳性菌(金黄色葡萄球菌)和革兰氏阴性菌(大肠杆菌)均有较好的抑菌性
Salt curing is widely used in raw hide and skin preservation process in leather industry.However,40%~50%salts are used to obtain good dehydrating ability and bacteriostatic effect,which produces a great quantity of pollutions in the form of total dissolved solids(TDS) and particularly chlorides(Cl~-).Recently,quaternary ammonium salts have been studied for non or low salt curing of raw hides/skins in leather industry.In this work,N-(2-(decanoyloxy)ethyl)-N,N-dimethylamine has been synthesized by using N,N-Dimethylethanolamine and decanoic acid.Subsequently,the gemini quaternary ammonium salt has been prepared with trans-1,4-dichloro-2-butene and N-(2-(decanoyloxy)ethyl)-N,N-dimethylamine by quaternary ammoni-um reaction.The structure of the Gemini quaternary ammonium salt was identified by fourier transform infrared spectra(FT-ER),~1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectra(~1H-NMR) and mass spectra.The antibacterial experiment indecated that the synthetic Gemini quaternary ammonium salt has good antibacterial activity against gram- positive bacteria(Staphylococcus aureus) and gram-negative bacteria(E.coli).
